HEALTHPOINT, Ltd., a DFB Pharmaceuticals, Inc. affiliate company and Hydrofera, LLC, announced the signing of a distribution agreement for Hydrofera Blue^® Brand wound care products. As part of the agreement, HEALTHPOINT has immediate responsibility for marketing, selling, and distribution of Hydrofera Blue^® Brand. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
